Purpose and Independence

This private reference site has no official role in Greene County or Missouri government. It stores no official arrest, jail, or court record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Greene County inmate and jail-record resources, Missouri custody systems, and outside research tools. Information from those sources remains under the control of the source that publishes it.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site in a lawful manner and to respect other people and the site’s technical systems. You must not:

• Break any applicable law while using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone
• Rely on content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions
• Try to enter an account, server, or system without authorization

No Consumer Reports

Greene County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners. You agree not to use site content for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection or any housing-screening decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Outside Websites

Links may lead to jail rosters, arrest resources, Sheriff or corrections sites, legal-aid services, government portals, and outside search tools. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, their data practices, their content, or their availability, so review each destination’s terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant:

• That information is accurate, complete, or current
• That access will always be continuous
• That the site is free from errors, bugs, or security flaws
• That a partner’s search results will be complete

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office or any government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greene County Recent Arrests and its owners, operators, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages tied to access, use, or inability to use the site.

Your Duty to Indemnify

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
